Casa Jardin de Vida is Situated just outside of the heart of Puerto Viejo, it is nestled among a beautiful 1.5 acre fully landscaped, plus fruit trees… creating a sensation of being immersed in the jungle while still being close to town.  Casa Jardin de Vida is the perfect combination of rugged, natural beauty with modern amenities.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE
The second story of House is inspired by Thai design. Made entirely of Mountain Almendro, a beautiful dark wood native to Costa Rica, the house has an open air design with screened windows – keeping the house constantly cool
.Two large balconies surround the house providing ample space for lounging about in the hammocks, watching birds, sloths, and butterflies in the well-maintained garden. The house features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a large safe that doubles as a dry storage space for all your electronics. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower with hot water.

THE KITCHEN
is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, blender, stove, and oven providing everything you need to enjoy meals. The living room area can also be used as another sleeping space with more couches and beds. Casa Jardin de Vida features: high-speed internet, Sky TV, a landline telephone, and washer and dryer. 

Casa Jardin de Vida is set just off the main road south of Puerto Viejo.

SWIMMING POOL
 A salt water swimming pool with an outdoor patio and BBQ space add to the magic of this house. From the back balcony a floating walkway connects to a meditation or yoga hut creating a space for you to calmly relax and enjoy the sounds of the jungle.

A variety of birds including toucans, parrots, and oropendulas spend their mornings and evenings in the gardens of Casa Jardin de Vida. Sloths an iguanas can also be seen in the trees above the pool. If you ever do feel the need to leave this tranquil setting, restaurants, bars, and amenities are all close by.

GUEST HOUSE
Complete with all furniture, bed, kitchenette, refrigerator, etc.

UNFINISHED BUILDING
The property will come with an unfinished building that can become a third house for rent.

At the back site of the property exist a nice and spacious ranch that was used for meditation, it need some TLC.
