JARRY’S HOUSE

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house is newly built and made to U.S. and International Standards. 3 courses of block on top of a footing with all block, slab and footings having ½” rebar and metal cages. The block is elevated 8” above grade and inside has 10” of gravel. There is a 4 “ thick concrete apron around the entire house.

We’ve installed an ego-tank septic system with a grease trap, clean outs and venting, all with concrete lids. It has a large leach field with geo-tech installed. A ½ hp water pump installed with a thermal solutions filtration system, with both fiber and carbon filtration systems throughout the whole house.

This is a SIP’s(structurally insulated panel) house. Considered very energy efficient and eco-friendly. It has vinyl windows with 3/8” bronze glass, screens, double locks, and external 5” moldings around the windows and doors. Stanley ext. doors with Yale locks and dead bolts. There are also aluminum gutters installed on the front and back. In the back of the house is a double bowl laundry sink.

There is a Stiebel Elton, German made, hot water on demand, installed to feed all areas of the house.

High quality porcellanato tiles throughout and special patterns in the kitchen, living room and bathroom. We used a tempered glass divider in the shower and Pfister faucets and valves throughout with a pullout spray head and double bowl stainless sink in the kitchen.

There is extra hidden attic storage in one bedroom, granite countertops and GE electric glass cookware and abundant cabinet space.
